These terms and conditions govern your use of the https://quickcarkeys.com.au website and the mobile car key replacement services provided by Blagoja t/a Quick Car Keys ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide mobile car key cutting, programming, and replacement services across Melbourne, Victoria. All services are subject to vehicle compatibility, parts availability, and scheduling. We service most makes and models up to up to 2022.
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle details, key type, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. We will confirm any price changes before proceeding.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the information provided about the vehicle or key requirements is materially inaccurate.
3. Warranty
All car keys supplied and programmed by Quick Car Keys come with a 3-year warranty, parts and labour. This warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage to the key (drops, water damage, crushing)
- Battery replacement (key fob batteries are consumable items)
- Issues caused by modifications to the vehicle's immobiliser or electrical system after our service
- Normal wear and tear
To make a warranty claim, email us at quickcarkeys@gmail.com with your original job details. If the key is found to be defective, we will replace or repair it at no charge.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as early as possible. We understand plans change. If we have already travelled to your location and you cancel on arrival, a call-out fee may apply.
6. Vehicle Ownership
By engaging our services, you confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have authorisation from the registered owner to request key replacement services. We may request proof of ownership or authorisation (such as vehicle registration documents or a letter of authority) before commencing work.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we are unable to verify ownership or authorisation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded by law.
